Default d15b swap questions

I want to swap a d15b into a 94 civic ex, this might seem alittle stupid since it has a z6 in it, but the mileage is 217k and i want to try something new, on to the questions:
1.Will the stock motor mounts work?
2.Can I use the stock trany with the motor?
3.Is it legal to convert my car to carb? (in cali)
4.Are there any other parts I need? (not including the engine and ecu)
5.And if i decide to use a non vtec shell for the swap what will I need to wire in the vtec?

1) your stock motor mount will work
2) you can use the stock tranny
3) I dont think so (i believe you have to swap in a motor of the same year or higher to be legal) but JDM d15b's aren't carbed if your talking JDM d15b.
4) no everything will bolt right up
5) your car already has V-tec you shouldnt have to do anything just plug and play.
