Default d15b vtec swap

i wanna do a swap on my 89 dx hatch.

the motor i plan on buying is a 92-95 d15b vtech with everything including the tranny, ecu and wiring harness..

will this engine fit into my hatch without any modifications? do i need to do any rewiring? do i need to a dpfi to mpfi conversion to get this to work? do i need a different ecu than the one that comes with the engine?

please let me know what i need to do for this swap..

thanks

You need the 88-91 motor mount, and 88-91 transmission with transmission mounts.

Yes, DPFI->MPFI is needed.

Yes, the ECU that comes with the engine should work(P28 or P08).

Chances are you won't be able to use the transmission though. 92-95=hydraulic transmission, 88-91=cable transmission.
