will the d17a2 bolt right up with my d15b2 motor mounts and will it fit in my 88 civic hb with out alot of customizing?

no, u will have to do the exact same steps as if u were to install a b16a. so no u need b series into ef mounts.

B18a(92) CAI/E, Gutted, ACT clutch/pressure plate/13lb flywheel, Crower 403 Cams, Titanium Valve springs & Retainers, Blockguard, Head Milled 20 thou, 9.8:1 Compression, AEM cam gears.
1/4 = 14.73
60' = 2.48
trap = 95.03mph
Soon to get: Header, Slicks
Future 13 second all motor LS!

oo crap, sorry i thought u said b17a.. anyway i take back ALL of what i said. i dont know anything about the D17a2, umm u will need a d series cable tranny, and ALOT of wiring work that isnt worth the engine. u have a late obd2 engine going in an early obd0 car, this will be really hard, and unworth the effort u will have to put into it. I suggest getting a d16z6, d16a6 , or ZC instead. u should be able to find a d16z6 for about the same price u will get for selling the d17.
