You could use an OEM head gasket; 11.5 is not a huge jump from the B18C's stock 11.1

Only issue I'd be worried about is if the block or head needs milling.

Default arp studs

Bought an engine with arp studs took the head off should I remove the studs and reinstall hand tight then torque or just leave them the way they are

If they're already still tight you can just leave them. The studs themselves are only supposed to be installed hand-tight(snug then quarter-turn) and the nuts are torqued. Remember to make sure the studs are lubed before torquing them down.
