hey i just put in a d16z6 obd1 with a monotech wiring harness an p28 and it we put the key in and turned it and nothing, the fuel pump isnt getting power but the starter is and some of the other sensors any thoughts?

is your main relay clicking/turning on with the key

its under the dash on the inside, it should click just once

Check grounds and the relay.
