Default im going to buy a motor

i am going to buy a d16a6 for like 250 claims less than 100k and says no smoke so i like the idea of picking it up cheap so i can put my car on the road while i have a second motor to build for boost within the next 3 months. but my question is the guy im buying it from said its been sittin for awhile in his shop so that makes me want to bring my compression tester with me to check the compression what numbers should i look for with the tester?

these are the compression numbers for the d16a6

Specified values at 250 rpm and wide-open throttle:

Nominal: 1275 kPa (13.0 kg/cm2, 185 psi)
Minimum: 932 kPa (9.5 kg/cm2, 135 psi)
Maximum variation: 196 kPa (2 kg/cm2, 28 psi)
