Thumbs down motor build

ok so i picked up another d15 the other day for a hella good price. so now my question is would it be cheaper to build it to around 150 whp or to get a different motor or head and swap? if another motor/head which? and if keep this d15 then what should i do to it?

i could always sell it i guess, but i was thinking of swapping it out with mine since mine is at 250,000 roughly and this one is at around 160,000. just looking for a little advice on a budget friendly build or swap. thanks for the time guys.

well i mainly just want around 150-200 hp out of it. just not sure if its better to swap a motor like b16 or build it with a bunch of bolt ons and a tune.
