I have a 92 civic ex head (d16z6)
and pretty much the whole motor for spare parts....except for the block my question today involves a project me and a friend are starting tonite. He has a 90 Crx dx with d15b2 and we want to put on the vtec head. Has anyone done this and can help us out tonite? Ive tried researching before couldnt find much since this swap isnt common and people tend to just go to that dohc side. My question is do I need to run vtec oil line like ls/vtec? vtec ecu? vtec wire? vtec dizzy? wat parts are required? __________________

Alot of people have done this. Do a search on the site. You can also find info on google about it, its basically taking your old block and converting everything over to an si plus a few more mods. I have never done that one myself, but I see it all over the place. At the very least I can tell you that you have to wire it for mpfi and run the wire over for vtec.
