Ok im just about to finish my Lsvtec, and i pulled out a hacked d16a6 harness. I have a Ls harness out of a 90 integra, and i was curious if it will plug in and pinout the same on my 89 crx Si.

I just want to start fresh on my harness. I spent all this time and money, i dont want to have my engine bay look hack in the slightest bit.

i think it would be safer to find a stock d16a6 harness and use that.

Pinouts are very different on the ECU. There are tons of references on the web, starting here in the tech articles.
