will my mpfi si intake manifold fit on my dohc zc?

They are both D-Series, correct? If so, I would imagine that it would. I suggest taking off the ZC one and either try bolting on the SI one(what will you lose except time?) or comparing the bolt patterns and plenum ports. If they match, you should be good to go.

it might bolt up, but it might not line up correctly.

Because the d-series headers bolt up okay, but they are a little off, and the exhaust hits the edges of the header flange.
