Starter question, Z6 into EF hatch

This is a discussion on Starter question, Z6 into EF hatch in the HYBRID -> ED-EF / DA forum
i'm pretty sure it would work fine. if all else fails, just put the a6 flywheel on....

dont you have to use the starter that goes to teh tranny? so you would need to use the Si starter....how did you get a Z6 clutch/flywheel to work with an 88-91 Si tranny? the spline count *should* be different...

im using a 92-95 starter on my 88 si tranny...works better than stock!!!
