i need to know where the vacuum lines from the motor..go to on the firewall/other parts of the motor...when we pulled the motor, the guy that helped me pulled all the lines off the motor instead of off the wall,,so i have all these hoses and have no clue where they hook to and route to

ive tired using this one before, but the problem is,the civic doesnt have those 2 solenoids on the firewall..i have one and then that block thing,,so what i did was tried to run them as close as i could,,using the d16a6 diagram,,also the metal lines that bolt to the back of the manifld,do i absolutely need them, because i have waaay more lines than that, but i already took it off,and things look a little easier, dunno if itll work or not,,but anywayz thanx for cchiming in

I wish my LS was still in my hatch so I could take a pic for you. I didnt use those metal things, looked way cleaner without it on, and worked fine. I know you dont use both of those solenoids, only the EVAP control.

I had a few diagrams lying around. Take 1/2 the b18 one, 1/2 the d16 one, and the other is an exploded view of ALL the vac lines.

Basically, you need to run vacuum to whichever firewall sensors you have (just one vac line will do), run a line to the charcoal filter, and plug everything else. Leave your iacv just as it is, and you should be able to idle/drive reasonably well.
