98 EK/DX hatchback h22a swap questions
I did lots of reading along with some threads on Honda-tech, but i want to clarify things as I piece my swap together.
Motor I am getting is a 92-95 h22a JDM Spec with p13 ecu from HMotorsonline. Car it's going into is a 1998 EK Dx Hatchback. Mounts and axles will be hassport. I will get a obd2 -->obd1 conversion harness. Here's what i need to clarify. 1) I need to match the wiring from the JDM Harness to my stock Civic Harness or send it to Rywire (Rywire - Online Store) 2) If I want to run a Hondata s300, can I run it on a p28/p72 ecu and it will work fine with the final harness? 3) Is the primary o2 sensor on the H22a a wideband or will I need to purchase an aftermarket wideband to tune the s300? 4) Will i need to install a resistor box? 5) Since I live in Las Vegas, I need to keep my a/c. Is there a conversion kit? Thank you for all your help! |
