cant clear code 14 on my b16a2 swap it is in my 1996 cx hatch pls help i need some troubleshooting help. i swapped out the iacv no go

What engine harness are you currently using and what ECU?

I have an ef with a b16 obd0 swap and i have done the same thing with the code still there. I have no idea y and I'm having trouble finding anyone who has also had this problem.

have you checked to see if the iac is bad

Make sure you have the right connector hooked up to it. There are three plugs in that area that can be plugged into the wrong things. Check the wire colors against what should be there.

the cx wiring harness. and i did the 3 wire fix.. no go i think it is the ecu
