Hi, Ive just put a b16a1 into an 89 rex si and im having idling problems and when under a light load the engine runs poorly;however, when given more than approx. 25% throttle, it clears up a little but still lags a lot of power. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

does it run okay when its warmed up is it on. a cold start up that it bogs. or does it run like that even after warmed up.. check your spark plug wires are they okay and not arcing. are they in the right firing order. are all sensors hooked up? Check for vaccum leaks if you did some vaccum line plumbing.

make sure you spark plugs are tight tat what was wrong with mine
