| How does it sound when vtec kicks in? Have you checked fuel pressure? |

| Is this a JDM B16a or a USDM? I bought a jdm motor and had the same issue. After hours of checking every thing and found I had 2 plugs in the wrong spot. iacv and tps. I believe it was these two. Are you getting any kind of codes? That would be a good place to start and go from there. |
