i have a 97 ek, ordered a b16 1st gen, took the jdm harness off. can i use my d series harness and buy some kind of wire harness adapter? or should i buy a si harness? gimme ideas. i would like to use my d series harness right now if i can. thanks

you have entered a hard ass swap by cheaping out and getting the old b16. your wiring is going to be tough.
you pretty much HAVE to use the stock harness, as obd2 goes right to the ecu, where as obd0 and 1 don't.

you're going to need more than a weekend for this dude. you have much reading to do on this as well. it is FAR from plug and play.

get a soldering gun, a wad of electrical tape, and wire strippers. you're going to need it.
