Hi, this is my first post on here and am looking for some help and advice.
Im putting a B16A2 engine into my 97 civic iSR (NOT SiR!) coupe which currently has a D16y8 engine in. I have engine, gearbox and have been told i need to make some modifications to my wiring harness, can someone tell me what these modifications are? and will i need to replace the ECU? The car that engine was taken out of does have the ECU + OEM Harness present but to fit the whole harness is a pretty big job (i think?) Also what will happen if i leave the ECU and wiring harness as it is? Any major problems? Would really appreciate any advice as this is the only thing stopping me from completing the swap! Thanks alot. Awais. Last edited by awais_uk; 05-05-2007 at 07:45 PM. |
