which obd has the ek9 engines obd2a or obd2b

and can i run the engine whit oem ek9 engine harness in my civic hb 99-00 90HP

civic 1998-00 obd2-b

im confused by the rest of your post. I belive you want to use your stock harness?
If I understand you right, short answer yes you can
you will most likely have to add wires, what wires? you need to do a search.

ek9 has the steering wheel on the right side,an my civic has it on the left side

96-98 is obd2a, 99-00 is obd2b. and no you cant use the harness.

Why does it matter if it won't work? If you want something simple and easy, go to http://www.rywire.com/store/index.php they sell harnesses there for B series swaps.
