Default b20b swap, cost to turbo?

I recently bought a 2000 Civic Si from a guy that had swapped a b20b into it and is using the DOHC from the Si. The engine only has like 20,000 miles on it. The guy isn't a fan of forced induction, so I'm guessing that's why he didn't turbo it. Can anyone tell me what all would need to be done to the engine in order to put a turbo on it, and what kind to go with? Also, about how much can I expect to spend? Thanks in advance if anyone can help

Has he done anything to the bottom end? Forged pistons, changed compression, sleeves?

I need to find his number and call him about it again, I know it has forged rods and pistons. The compression ratio is like.. 11.5 or 12.

The compression ratio is probably the reason he didn't turbo it.. that's pretty high to be running forced induction.
