it goes away when i push the clutch in but when i let it out it comes back,,when you get going and step on it it comes back

probably your transmission mainshaft bearing, you could try just replacing the throw out bearing, but I would assume that it is the bearings inside the tranny

crack open the tranny and check on the countershaft for a worn bearing for the 1st or the gear that is causing problems shouldn't be hard. GOOD LUCK!
