I just had a guy do a B18b swap into my 97 Civic EX automatic. And we had a 2 day delay because I didnt have the D series upper manual tranny mount. I think it would be nice if someone could add one line to the 6th Gen swap article that if you are going from auto D16 to a manual B18 you need to pick up the D series upper manual tranny mount.

This should be a fairly common question since why waste the money on auto to manual conversions when for not much more you can get a B18b.

I didnt just do an auto to manual I went with a complete swap, B18b.

I just thought it might be a common situation since it seems to me that its silly to spend $500-$1000 to do auto to manual conversion and still have a D16 when for $1000-$1500 you can do an auto to manual and get the B18b.

Write an article with what you did and submit it to pissedoffsol. If its good I don't think he'll have a problem putting it in there.
