Hey I found a d16z6 head laying around and a d15z1 block...can I mate these two together??? They are both vtec....so i dont see why not!! What head gasket?? Trans? can the d15z1 ecu work?? some help please...Because if i swap this into this gurls 93 hatch shes gonna give me a type r tranny!!!!!! PLEASE lol i want that trans! THanks guys...

will work use the d16z6 stock head gasket and torque specs i will use the p28 because it will run better but the d15z1 ecu will work for now

Some of the hoses on the back are different, as the Z1 has an oil cooler, and I am pretty sure the Z6 doesn#t, at least I know the EDM ones don't. IMO though, it is a complete waste of time, a guy here fucked around with my old Z1 and it was still pitiful.
