I have a CX and also got a D16 Vtec head for free. I have a Vtec controller. I need to know what I need to do to get it to work (including schematics to Vtec sensor and such extras would be nice) I know the solenoid wire goes to the controller and the head will bolt right on after drilling for oil sprayers. I guess I just need the electrical help unless anything else out of the ordinary should be noted. I would really appreciate some detailed assistance. Thanks.
I'm not expecting much out of this, but since the head was free then why not? |

I did the same swap in my 92 cx. Ididnt drill any holes, it was a direct replacement. The cx is already wired for vtec at the engine harness .We added aP28 computer from a 95 EX to run it. You have one wire for the vtec and two for the oil pressure switch you need to convert your O2 sensor from 1 wire to 4 wire. Now i replaced it with a LS much much happier
