It mounts on the Y5/7/8 oil pump, so you would have to swap over the pump, but then you would have 2 dipstick holes.

just get an obd2/1 conversion harness and a p06 ecu.
keep your y8 intake and exhaust manifolds.

it's a ckf sensor on the oil pump. easy to bypass
