d16y8 acc. on d16z6 block

I have a 98ex civic with a spun bearing so I have a d16z6 block on the side . Will I be able to keep all the y8 acc. ac,p/s,alt etc.. I just wan't to use the block off the z6 and want to keep ...

I just wan't to use the block off the z6 and want to keep the top half y8 . also will I beable to keep all my power pulleys and other bolt ons ? any help will be appreciated . pz...
