I hear this is an easy swap? Is it really ?

And Front upper sway bar from stock integra 94-01 fit a 92-95 Civic ?

The motor mounts will fit.

As far as the sway bar, I have found that some Hondas do have the nescessary holes and parts to mount them, others do not depending I guess on where it was made. You'll have to throw it in a lift, or jack it up, and look underneath. Apparently it has nothing to do with
