Ok here i i got my 1998 civic hatch with a b16a 2gen swap into it. at first it was awesome but now it seems like i want more power. im gonna go turbo but i know a little about turbo but not as much as some of you. my plan is to turbo it but dont wanna change the internal of the engine so how many psi could it run it and not being scared of braking somwething up. and i dint buy my turbo kit yet but will soon i would like somebody to name me the parts that would be best for my setup i might go with t3 but you let me know what you think thinx alot

Most Honda motors can handle 250 hp on stock internals with a good tune. And PSI is related to pressure, not power. But power is what breaks parts. You could probably run 20 PSI through a T25 (small turbo) and be fine, but if you ran 10 PSI through a GT40 (big turbo) your gonna have problems.
