Question: Would it be better to buy a complete swap package from somewhere or should I just build the engine myself piece by piece. I plan on replacing all pistons, rods, cams, etc after I get it anyway, or would it be cheaper just to buy the assembled engine and then change everything? Any ideas?

I say get a complete motor since it will cost much bucsk to replace every little hose, clamp, fitting, sensor, nut, bolt, etc..... Much easier to just buy the complete motor and then change out the pistons, rods, and cams.

Yeah, I guess that makes since. The swap is b18b1 into a 96 civic DX so I would have to buy everything thing for that also. I will just get the swap done and running good, then worry about mods. Thanks for your help
