I decided to buy a Apex N1 for my B18b Civic HB. My question is should I get the exhuast for the HB or should I get one for the B18b? The piping is the same, but I'm sure the muffler and cat will be different. I don't want to have an extension welded onto a brand new exaust if I don't have to. So which one would be better to go with?

Go for the exhaust for the hatch. I have a 96 cx hb and my full cat exhaust is from a 92-95 hatch and it fit perfectly.

exhaust matches the chassis, header matches the motor, and the cat/test pipe is to be made.
