i have a 99 civic sedan and i bought a GReddy EVO2 exhaust for it. Im currently stationed in Pensacola Florida and there aren't any restrictions on emissions. But my next base assignment is in Virginia and will be keeping it on the base. I've tried contacting Greddy and other dealers and so far no one can tell me. But here's my question, VA has emissions inspections cars once a year, and since i'm going to be registering the civic in VA, i dont know if the car will pass emissions with the EVO2 system. Can anyone help me with this and tell me if the EVO2 is CARB legal or not? and will my car pass the inspections with it? thanks.
