Which part of the gsr wiring harness do I need to use to swap my gsr motor into my ls? Do I need to cut any wires? I have the entire complete wiring harness from my gsr donor. I have all the dash wiring and abs, every wire you can imagine. What part will I actually need to use? Just the engine wiring part?

the your GSR and LS are the SAME obd, and obd1, use the motor harness, plug it in at the passenger side shock tower (3 connectors i beleive) and then run the 7 wires for vtec/IAB/knock see: http://www.hondaswap.com/swap/viewer.php?id=57

Yes, use the GSR harness, add the wires from the ecu to the shock towers.
