question i got a 96 civic lx and i want to do a auto to stick conversion and drop a h22a is it worth it??? what should i do? i got my car jacked and they totalled it. i was thinking about doing this for some time but never had the money to do it. but i quess im forced to. feedback needed please.

nope it's not worth it. if you are set on an h22 i would suggest trading in your civic for a prelude. you will probably spend upwards of 8 grand for a swap and manual conversion.

it's not the h22 swap that is the hard part. it's the auto to manual part. it just isn't worth it.

auto to manuel aint that hard newer auto civics have all tha holes already there just bolt tha shit in cost about $200 at a junk yard if there good on pricr strip tha car for everything u need

as for the h, i had a h23 in my car omg that was fun so much power(blew it) now im back t the d series cuz im sellin tha car for 2 times what i paid

i got a h22 in my civic right now.... and i gotta say its not easy maintaining a h22 in a civic.... but is worth it though... and converting your transmission isnt all that hard....
