Default JDM B16A or JDM B18C into my '95 integra ls

I can get the JDM B18C GSR Motor and tranny for 2900 plus shipping, and it is said to make 185 hp, and 129lbs-ft torque. I can also go a little different route and get the JDM B16A Gen2 motor and tranny for 1900 plus shipping, and it is said to make 170 hp, and 116lbs-ft torque. Is the B18c and its extra 15 hp worth the extra 1000 bucks? Any input is greatly appreciated.
