my buddy is putting an ls into his car. Its a 91 ls. He has the complete block and head. what else would he need? I tried searching but couldnt find anything.thnx in advance

if your trying to run an OBD-0 cable tranny 91 LS engine in an OBD-2 hydro trany 97 civic you are in for a fucking nightmare

best advice is to not do it

he needs not to do the swap, whats involved with getting that motor into that car would cost more than him selling it and buying a newer full swap from someone. not to mention it will make his car well beyond illegal in most states

yeah dude...
what's wrong:

tranny, wont mount- different positions
tranny, won't engage clutch- different method of engagement
ecu, wont plug in
wire harness, wont plug in
injecotrs, won't work with wiring

the list goes on.

sell it, get a 96-98 b18b1
