ls vtec issues please help

Default ls vtec issues please help

1st problem : At sometimes my car has no throttle response..TPS sensor??what should i do?

2nd problem : Car does not always have v-tec...Pressure Switch??what should i do?

The car throws 3 codes..1, 7, ans 22

1 = o2 sen

7 = TPS sen

22 = V-tec Pressure sen

I just need some advice on this rather than go out buyin a tps sensor, pressure switch ect..

Description of my car:

93 honda civic vx hatch
built lsvtec
95 b18b1 block
oem honda pr3 b16 pistons 11:5.1 comp.
oem honda piston rings
arp rod bolts
oem honda crank and rod bearings
type r oil pump
gsr water pump
gsr timing belt
oem honda headgasket.
hondata intake mani gasket
p30 b16 intake manifold
dc sports race header with 2.5 inch collector
2.5 inch exhaust with 2.5" vibrant muffler
golden eagle lsvtec kit
99 b16 head
supertech valve springs and retainers
gsr cams
gsr trans with act clutch
chipped p28 ecu

You need to trouble shoot the codes to eliminate and find what is causing th codes. A Honda/Acura service manual will have all the steps to do the trouble shooting.

You said VTEC does not always work, so when does it?

As for the o2 sensor, is it an OEM sensor?

The TPS has got to be some sort of a wiring mixup because you are running an OBD2 head with an OBD1 ECU, I'll do some research and see what I can find.

every sensor has a test procedure, you say you have have a chipped P28, have you thought about getting it tuned properly?
