Ok, basically can anyone tell me out of these two b-series midshafts, which is from an auto and which is manual or whatever differences they might have. The one I was told is from an auto fits better than the one I was told was a manual.
Here are the #'s and letters on each of them.

1)SR3-J8
5

2)SR3-JO

One of them lined right up with the holes on the block yet when I was taking it out of the tranny, was harder to take out. The other one, the top bolt that goes into the block has a lot of space between the hole and the midshaft. I could bolt it down but thats how I think the axle seal broke in the first place. Still trying to find out which is which, so there are no doubts as to which one to use.
