I have a b16 in my 4dr civic, and I did a look around and noticed that the braket that is on the driverside that attaches to the block was missing two bolts. I went and got new bolts and put them in, but they wont tighten down, I go until it gets kinda tight and then it startes all over. I tried to use lock tight but that did not work.. I freaking HATE my car!! PLEASE help, if your thinking about doing a swap and read this "DONT DO IT"!!! I have had nothing but bad luck

if you have the problem i think your having, you may have bought a block that came out of a car that was in a front end wreck. like the block itself is broken, and the bolts were ripped out, or a chunk of the block was broke off.

at least thats what happened to my friends gsr when he got hit head on.

So just because you stripped your threads out of your block you're going to tell others not to swap.
