I have a 95 civic dx and putting in a JDM b16. I am ordering it from hmotors and i want to know what i will have to do as far as wiring it up. Can someone tell me what i must add and how to go about doing it please. Any pictures would be helpful.

okay, be sure to get the obd1 b16 so everything will be easier to do. for the wiring, just use ur original harness from the car. u just need to ass wires for the vtec solenoid and oil pressure. maybe knock sensor too depending on what ecu u use. o yea, u will need a tb cable. thats about it.

wrong the JDM p30 does look for the knock sensor.

Why would they put it on there if the ecu wasn't going to use it?

I don't know much about wiring but I had my EG swap done at 1320 Performance in NJ (1320online.com). They did a really great job. And they have a certified electrical engineer on staff.
