| Junior Member |  need help finishing this swap i have a 93 civic hatch i had a b18b in it and i took it out and used the harness for it on a b16a2 and i plugged everything in and it starts but wont go over 5500k and vtec hooked up and i still have a check light on can anyone tell me what might be wrong |

| Member | Was the 93 hatch a vtec powered car before the B18b swap?? If you had a non vtec motor in it stock then the stock harness will need to be modified for vtec. Sounds like this is your problem. Make sure you wire for vtec sylinod, knock sensor and vtec oil pressure. |
