i have the wiring harness from the EX that i pulled the head from. would it be better to take out my wiring harness and swap the EX into my car or can i just use my harness from the CX and just add the wires for VTEC?

also, what is the best timing belt to use in this swap? i heard the VX is the best one to use or should i use the EX belt? i heard that my CX is too small.

thanks, do you think i should use the head gasket from the EX or from the VX? (i think, but i can't remember which ones.) one of them ups the compression ratio which adds a couple horsepower, right? i'm not planning on turbocharging this motor, so the higher compression won't really be a problem. also an adjustable cam gear will add a couple too, right? if i advance it a couple degrees?
