After I did my swap everything worked great, now two weeks later I wired the vtec and my battery is draining when my car is not running. I bought a new battery, mine was 6 years old, took off the alternator and got it checked, worked perfect, now what? Is there anyway that my vtec wiring could be draing my battery? For reference I did a simple swap of putting a b18c1 into my 97 ls integra. Also was the vtec already wired in my car? I wired 4 wires, knock sensor, vtec seliond, vtec pressue switch, and secondary intake. I am not good with electric stuff. Please help me.

VTEC was not already wired in your car unless someone did a swap before you. And unless you really hosed the VTEC wiring, it should not be draining the battery.

vtec will not drain your battery unless you totally screwed up the wires...
