i have a k20a3 motor but i wanna swap the heads out and run the dual cam vtec head off the top line dc5. i have the base model dc5. Lmk what i need to do or if it possible do to the pistons and or crank, deck clearance to the head.

i was planing on rebuilding the motor to stock specs or through rods and pistons in it.

I was planning to swap the k20a3 into a eg or dc but whats the pros and cons of doing so?

is it better to use the ek chassis?

If you plan on swapping the head of the A3 to a A2 you should rework the bottom end while you're there. I suggest bumping up the compression a bit and swapping the A3 oil pump for a A2
