I don't remember if that is an OBD change or not. And you would have to change your ECU as well. I'm sure someone will pipe up and lead you in the right direction, but in the meantime, our reference section, as well as the search bar, will yield similar information.

You will, indeed. A 96 engine would be OBD2, so he'd have to convert it down to OBD1. Why not just go with an OBD1 LS?
