Can I put a PM7 into my acura integra 1987 that has vacuum advanced ignition (PG7-D16A1) and what are the advantages and disadvantages?

no - the PM7 is the JDM ECU for the 88-91 DOHC ZC which uses electronic ignition advance - won't work with the vacuum advance distributor
