An H2B Bracket to bolt up an H22 the B series transmission. I have one for sale.

Or swap the whole drive train. I don't know the process in the Integra chassis unfortunately.

Get the H2B bracket and an H22 mount kit for the engine.. otherwise you have to cut the hole under the shifter bigger to clear the h22's cable linkage, run the cables, and it's a PITA.

That transmission is going to suck ass on an H22. The LS tranny has the longest gears out of all the B-series transmissions. I'd either go with the H22 tranny or sell the LS and look for a GSR or B16 tranny.

With the cost of the H2B kit figured in, you're probably looking at similar pricing either way you go (H2B vs customization needed to mount the H22 tranny in a Civic).

It's the same as in an EG; you'd need to cut a bigger hole for the shifter to come through.

Well why did you buy a new LS tranny? You probably should have thought about gear ratios before you bought that transmission.

If you put an H22 into your car with the LS transmission, yeah it will still definitely be better than a B18B, but it's really not an ideal transmission for an H22. Dual-cam VTEC motors make most of their power up top, so you want a transmission that will get you there fairly quickly and keep you there during shifts.

an LS transmission is only really good for fuel economy. People may use them for turbo application because "they stay in the power band". But in all actuality, a shorter geared transmission on any setup will allow a car to accelerate faster. A downside is top speed, and fuel economy for cruising.

I just looked up the gearing for your transmission vs a M2A4 for an H22.
Fatboy Raceworks Transmission Gear Ratio Calculator - Honda/Acura & More

Its roughly the same until 3rd and 4rth
and seems to be short and 4th and 5th is longer.

Gearing stuff can be found here Honda Transmission specs
