well, i think i just mess up my h22 tranny. it does not go in reverse no more, but all the gears still good just the reverse it won't go in. i don't know if i need new clutch or a new tranny or sould i take it to a tranny shop to repair it. any help is much appreciate. thanks guys

Probly cheaper to just get a used h22 tranny.
