i have a 91 integra i jus wanted to know which of the 2 compared in cost is cheapest and most reliable stupid ? but i had to ask

Uh.... They both work well. You already have the LS engine in your car. It will save you the cost of buying another block, and you can put that money toward meaningful modifications. Like, er, um... a turbo, or some pistons. Just build an ls-vtec the right way, and it will last longer than your interest in the car.
