That's not how you measure compression ratio.

volume at TDC vs Volume at BDC
Cyl Volume + Deck Clearance Volume + Head Gasket + Combustion Chamber Volume
Divided By
Deck Clearance + Head Gasket + Combustion Chamber Volume

OR

Bore x Bore x Stroke x .7854 = Cylinder Volume = V1
Bore x Bore x Deck Clearance x .7854 =Clearance Volume = V2
Bore x Bore x Head Gasket Thickness x .7854 = Gasket Volume = V3
Combustion Chamber CC's x .061 = Combustion Chamber CI = V4

V1 + V2 + V3 + V4
---------------------
V2 + V3 + V4

But 210 psi sounds like a good reading for a honda engine, mine is like 140 psi and it runs allight

The calculation for determiningcompression ratio works out likethis:

CR=(D + PV + DC + G + CC) / (PV + DC + G + CC)

CR = Compression Ratio

D = Displacement

PV = Piston Volume

DC = Deck Clearance Volume

G = Gasket Volume

CC = Combustion Chamber Volume

Assuming your engine is otherwise stock your C/R should be about 11.3:1. 210 psi on a compression test is fairly decent. have you checked all 4 cylinders to see how close they are?
