I need to know about throttle bodies. My TPS is on the fritz on my 94 teg ls so I need to replace the throttle body. I wanted to upgrade but most that I have looked at don't have tps already on them.

How hard is it to install a tps or can I?
Can I use throttle bodies from other B18B?

Any help would be appreciated.

just search for tps voltage here or on HT

to get it off use a dremel (to cut a slit) or a sears srtipped screw remover and replace with a new one

i figure i could but everywher i looked book wise said i had to replace the whole tb. Thanks.

thats what they want you to do.. you could just do what formby said.. buy a new one, dremel it off, screw it on, and test the voltage. [.4-.5 off] [.45-.5 on] something along those lines
